Caroline has built and led multidisciplinary creative teams across design, motion, 3D, editing and campaign delivery. At Stoke & Dagger, she grew the team from two to 12 people developing talent, improving workflows and expanding the studio's creative capabilities along the way.
Every project she leads runs from concept through to final delivery, holding creative ambition and commercial priorities in balance throughout.

Caroline has spent her career shaping identities and campaign systems for sport, entertainment, broadcast and betting brands combining strategic direction with hands-on delivery across digital, social, OOH, DOOH, print, motion and live event assets.

Racing audiences are knowledgeable, time-sensitive and commercially engaged. The creative has to land quickly, feel credible and support the brand without getting in the way of the sport.

Her sport and betting experience includes projects for Betfair, Paddy Power, Sky Sports, Team GB, British Rowing, Paralympics GB, NatWest Cricket and Rugby sponsorship, International Tennis Federation, United Rugby Championship and Sky Sports Germany.
This experience gives Caroline a strong understanding of how sport and entertainment audiences behave, how to build excitement around major events, and how to create creative systems that perform across both premium brand environments and fast-moving digital channels.
