Caroline Coombs is an award-winning Head of Creative based in Molesey, Surrey, with extensive experience across sport, betting, broadcast, entertainment and live event campaigns. She combines strategic creative leadership with hands-on design and motion expertise, making her equally comfortable shaping brand direction, leading teams and getting close to the work.

At Stoke & Dagger, Caroline has led creative across the UK, Germany, Brazil and Spain, helping grow the creative team from two to 12 people while delivering campaign work for brands including Betfair, Paddy Power, Sky Sports, Team GB, British Rowing, Paralympics GB, NatWest Cricket and Rugby sponsorship, International Tennis Federation, NOW TV, WOW TV, FOX, MTV, Discovery and Virgin Media.

Her long-standing work with Betfair includes racing sponsorship creative, event branding, motion toolkits and live activation assets. Her approach is built around clear brand thinking, commercial impact and creative systems that work across every touchpoint.
